Telegram is extremely active. One of the most active I've seen. That's why they're getting 5 stars. The only thing that's strange it that the people in that group seem to constantly reply to each other. It makes it hard to understand what's going on. But there must be hundreds of messages per day. That's a lot for a low cap chain.
Twitter is slightly above average. They get more than 10 retweets and about 50 likes per tweet which is at least something, compared to the 2 likes most others get.
