It's one of the largest and best-managed Telegram communities I've encountered, and it's not surprising, considering they own it.
This community truly deserves a FIVE star rating!
- Telegram: With over 500,000 members, they utilize an Announcement Channel format as the main channel, allowing for excellent organization and control over the flow of information. Users can engage through emojis and participate in in-depth discussions. The community is well-run, and it's impressive to see it flowing smoothly despite its size. Important information is easily accessible through the use of pinned messages.
Additionally, there is a smaller but highly active chat channel with 13,000 members, which is mainly used for technical support. They also have support for multiple languages in dedicated channels.
- Twitter: With 185,000 followers, they post daily and receive 2,000 to 5,000 impressions per post, with their pinned posts receiving over 10,000 impressions. Although this may seem underwhelming for a company of this size, it's clear that most of their effort is focused on Telegram, and there's no need to criticize their presence on Twitter.
The community does not have a Discord, but it does have a decent blog and a modest LinkedIn page.
