It's a blockchain by the Telegram app team. The website is pretty good and gives quite a bit of specific information of what makes them different. They have their own VM, programming language, they have a sharded chain, a lot of apps already running. There's a bit of a bland feeling overall. Feels a bit opportunistic and the token and apps feel a bit meme-y. But Their token is only a year old and hasn't crashed since it started.
I'd look into their progress next. They have a few explorers listed in their apps section, so I'd try to find one that shows a usage chart. I'm skeptical about this chain because it feels so opportunistic, but then I was surprised about some of the ideas they listed on their page. So I'm keeping an open mind. Show Less
