Zero Kowledge privacy focused chain that apparently lets you create blockchains or coins in a few clicks without coding. They have an explorer, decent intro video and some detailed papers. Down side is that the token is 4 years old, but on the upside it's a bit higher than launch and seems to always spike during bull runs.
