This looks like a very useful and needed service. It allows cross chain communication and therefore cross chain transactions.
There are already transactions on the network and they have integrated many of the larger blockchains out there. A good number of apps are using their service, so that's always a positive.
As they say on their site, this does look like a legitimate way to bring liquidity to/from small chains. That's a big plus for all chains in the ecosystem.
I also like that this project is open source. Of course, the code they show in the open source may not be the code that they are actually running, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
