I like that this project is proposing an alternative to Chainlink. We all know who really owns Chainlink and if you don't know, then look it up.

The issue with Chainlink being so powerful is that they could potentially alter data feeds or withhold data to suit their needs or the needs of anyone with influence.

API3 claims to solve the issue of a controlled middleman by creating direct links between the data source and the end user. The API code actually sits on the source blockchain and not at a server in the middle. This architecture also theoretically eliminates a point of potential failure.

It's available on many of the biggest blockchains like Ethereum and Binance.

So all in all, this looks like an excellent potential solution to oracle data feeds.

Minus one star because like with a lot of projects, I don't know for sure how well this really works. But it is certainly a step in the right direction. Show Less
