Asher spoke to the Cyrator team on 4 July and his enthusiasm for his project was palpable. Showing us around his shop and pharmacy and telling us about all of the big brands he already has connections with made me feel more excited about the project too. And after doing some research into the team's backgrounds, I have no hesitation awarding them 5 stars in this category.

Part of Asher's bio on the website states: "since 2019 Asher’s mission is now to create a revolutionary programme in the Health and Pharmatech industry to improve quality of life and the wellbeing of mankind."

Asher has quite an extensive and varied background. He started out as a Hairdresser for Loreal where he worked for over two years. He then became an Events Manager for Future Sound Asia where he organised large and small scale events from music festivals to corporate campaigns. He was later a Film Producer for six years where he worked with international agencies as well as Hollywood productions. He then became the Director of Project Management at Chester Properties for another six years before entering into the Web3 space as Co-Founder of COINdeology for nearly nine years which is described as "a trusted and preferred global partner for anyone who is into mining." He also describes it as "a group of private investors, entrepreneurs, advocates and tech geeks, quickly realised and understood how Blockchain will become businesses’ backbone." From there he was the Regional Partnership Lead for crypto lending company BridgeX Network for four years and then Chairman and Co-Founder of Health Estate Berhard for another four years, a company which funds early statge healthcare and data related startups. Presently, Asher is the CEO and Co-Founder of Goobat.care, which is an online pharmacy in Malaysia and well as the Founder of BLiV, which is powered by Goobat Pharma.
He has 714 followers on LinkedIn and has two excellent recommendations there, one of which states: "Asher is a passionate and resourceful entrepreneur. Definitely not one who's afraid to get his hands dirty." Steering this project to success, negotiating with big brands and helping to organse real world sponsorship events, while also managing the technicalities of the app and project itself, will entail, I imagine, hands getting dirty. With his past leadership skills and enthusiasm, I somehow don't think Asher will mind. https://www.linkedin.com/in/asher-looi-9b504433/

I can't find Dr Ian Tan's details on LinkedIn. He is COO of BLiV and according to the website is a former medical doctor turned esports entrepreneur and GameFi/crypto enthusiast. He co-founded an award-winning esports agency operating in over 20 countries and partnered with major gaming companies like Riot Games and Tencent Games. He also played a key role in creating the "GalAxie Cup," a major Web3 Play-to-Earn esports tournament.

Dr Rayyan Eshaghpour (CTO) is self described on LinkedIn as a Social Technopreneur, Visionati, Business Angel and Growth Hacker. He is described on the website as a "co-founder of several startups and engaging with big tech-driven organisations such as Salesforce and Google, he also focuses on cryptocurrencies, ICOs, and blockchain projects." He was voted one of the Top 20 most inspiring entrepreneurs to watch in 2020 by APAC Entrepreneur Magazine based out of Singapore. He has over 500 connections on LinkedIn and 18 positive recommendations for his work on there, one which reads: "There are two types of professionals in the workplace. There's that guy who looks out just for himself within the organization. And then there's this guy, who's exceedingly rare in today's world -- who looks out for every one else around him, sometimes at the expense of his own political or functional well being. That's Rayyan -- always willing to help." It sounds like his assistance with this project will go a long way. https://www.linkedin.com/in/rayyanep/

Dr. A.J. Minai (PhD) is the Chief Branding Officer. He also seems very experienced and has has an extensive career in marketing, mentoring and investing. He is a two-time TEDx speaker and was awarded 'Best LinkedIn Influencer' by Marketing In Asia Magazine. AJ was also listed as one of the Top 43 Inspirational LinkedIn Icons to follow in 2018 and recommended as a member of the Forbes Communications Council in 2020. He spent 13 years working with Google, Allianz, Legrand, MarcusEvans, Tune Group and others in various capacities and has a whopping 88.7L followers on LinkedIn and 59 stellar recommendations there, including this one that reads: "When A.J speaks, people listen. His words backed with enormous amount of knowledge about marketing and storytelling. This gentleman is of the best in his field." https://www.linkedin.com/in/drajminai/ Show Less
