I love BlockWallet. In this current era of crypto where self custody is becoming ever more so important, wallets like this really help the situation. BlockWallet has all the features of what someone would want from a self custodial wallet AND MORE!
Its built in exchange allows you to swap instantly with relatively low fees AND also has a unique feature called 'flashbot protection', where at the click of a button you can stop losing money to front running bots on DEX's, pretty cool. The wallet has a very clean layout and has a friendly user interface for any crypto noob to easily get to grips with. It offers multi chain support via the ability to bridge across multiple networks inside of the wallet. This is a pretty standard thing nowadays with wallets but the interesting thing about this feature which I like is that it has a 'Gas Tracker' built into it. Currently if I want to look at gas fees on multiple chains I have to go to an external provider, BlockWallet solves this by putting all this information all in one convenient place for me, very much appreciated.
But one of the best features that sets this self custody wallet a side from others is its security features. Phishing is currently one of the biggest problems within the crypto wallet space and BlockWallet offers a unique solution for providing Phishing protection to its own wallets through generated artwork which is displayed on all password screens to recognise fake wallet pop ups. A second security feature which makes Blockwallet very different to others is its ability to act like a privacy proxy so it trims your personal data before it reaches the node provider therefore stopping unnecessary leaks of your own data which other wallets can be notorious for.
