If I were to tokenize the phone I am currently selling and transfer the tokens to a buyer, there is no way a smart contract can trust that I will also transfer the physical phone as well. This is where Boson Protocol steps in.
They are enabling an open tokenized economy by automating away the digital to physical redemption problem, therefore you will always be guaranteed to either receive what you paid for or automatically be reimbursed your funds, never having to rely on a support desk. To do this they will be using an interesting concept of NFT’s coded with game theory.
What also makes this project attractive and very promising is they have a super star team, lots of big backing coming from Outlier Ventures, and they have integrated with several industry giants like Dexfreight, a logistics platform with over $100 million in daily transactions listed, and Ocean Protocol.
