Boson was discovered by two individuals, Justin Banon and Gregor Borasa. Banon entered the blockchain industry in 2018, and his career prior to that was not particularly noteworthy. Since joining the blockchain industry, he has held several positions, including COO and token advisor, indicating that his background is mainly in business. Currently, Banon is working on two blockchain projects and one venture. Similarly, Borasa is also working on two blockchain projects, Boson and Redeemeum. This raises concerns about the lack of a dedicated team for the Boson project.
Furthermore, upon examining the execution level, it is apparent that there is an insufficient ratio of business to developer presence. With a heavily technical product, it would be reasonable to expect at least 3-4 developers for the backend and 1-2 developers for the front end. However, only one person is working on Boson as a Blockchain Engineer, which is concerning.
