It is layer 3 application on top on layer 1(Eth, Solana etc) and layer 2(Polygon, Arbitrum etc). It uses Fusion Chain to achieve cross chain operability through their DCMR (Decentralized control rights management) inter chain technology. It uses cryptographic/Mathematical models (instead of smart contract) to do the interchain swapping. Because of this reason it's cross chain operation has never been compromised. CHNG was audited by Certik in 2021 and most of the security concerns were mitigated by the team. Only downside Certik found is that CHNG token can be minted further which could dilute holders (Team may not use it but it is a concern). Show Less
