I rated this project 5 stars on a very quick review 10 months ago, but now I'm back to sprinkle a little doubt on it with a 2 star review..

So yes, I really liked their idea and their marketing. However, I have two main concerns which I'd like people to consider before getting one.

  1. Decentralized VPNs are a nice idea, but I'm not sure if they actually work. I've installed Mysterium and other dVPNs before, which had top notch looking apps and you pay about the same as for a non crypto provider. However, they all completely killed the internet. I mean dial up level speeds.

So when I saw Deeper, my first thought was "does this actually work"? Amazon reviews kinda show that it doesn't. Besides a number of 5 stars reviews probably written by their buddies, there's 35% 1 star reviews (img1) that all say it completely kills the internet and that there's no customer support. (img2)

  1. The token has only decreased since launch. I usually look for the opposite pattern.

I'm happy to change my review and even buy one myself if someone tests it out and it actually works. But I don't give it enough of a chance to spend the time and effort myself. Show Less
