There are a lot of questions with this project...

  1. How are jury members selected for each case? They would have to understand the laws and cultural norms of the country that the case is in.

  2. It looks like the submission process for a badge is pretty simple. If nobody challenges, then you get the badge. That seems way too easy.

  3. How does the system track the results of each juror to figure out if they make good decisions or not?

  4. How do I know that there aren't groups of people working against me in a case?

This project also appears to be endorsed by Vitalik, automatically making it suspicious.

Finally, if you understood what the courts really are, then you would understand why this is such a terrible idea. If you don't understand what they really do, then do your research. Show Less
