Mina uses a proof-of-stake consensus to ensures an uncapped number of block producers, which gives rise to a decentralized network with open programmable currency. This would allow all who is intrested to build, exchange, partake and flourish.
Going a little deeper into Mina - the world's lightest blockchain, powered by participants allows for developers to build dynamic applications using this SNARK (zk-SNARKs) which will aid services being carried out by financial institutions while still keeping data privacy at its forefront of things, and the ability to scale at the it's core.
I gave Mina a 5 here becuase of the first impression I had when I learnt about it and the potential it possses.
