After seeing many red flags in terms of the price chart, let's have a look at their team First, the founder Aleksandras Gaska, graduated in 2018 from ISM University of Management and Economics which has a ranking of 4727 worldwide, so we consider the level here to be just normal. Aside from that, the program which he learned mostly regarded commercial topics, not technical ones. He founded this project in 2020 which means 3 years after graduating including 1,5 years without a job, no involvement in any blockchain community, or showing any activities/research regarding blockchain before.
Secondly, how about their technical team? With a technical project, of course we shall need to have a good architect first, otherwise we shall face a lot of issues, similar to building a good house with a shaky foundation.
- Rodrigo Calvo - Architecture Lead, actually, this guy joined this project as a Software Engineer role only and more important, Freelance. Regarding his experience, he mostly worked as a Back End Engineer and never joined any project under an Architecture role, never joined any blockchain project before and his main job is now working at Wildlife Studios
- Julián Ariel Martinez - Development Lead, graduated from the National University of La Matanza which is quite young, founded in 1989 so we expect an average education only. Regarding his experience, one of the 2 companies in which he worked is small and the other is almost defunct.
- Other team members in a 5-member dev team, 1 does not add this project to their LinkedIn, 1 is still studying at university, and none of them worked in any blockchain projects before.
My assumption is that the founder (in Europe) had this idea and contacted services to hire/include some profiles (in South America)? This foundation is not good and raised many questions, how they can communicate, how they can manage the team, and how they can execute scrum? Plus all of the key persons have no experience in any blockchain project before, seems like joining this project part-time only. These bring me a lot of concern in building trust in this team.
