The team behind Common Wealth is composed of renowned tech and crypto industry veterans, making them akin to the Harlem Globetrotters of the crypto world in my opinion. However, there are a few critiques that do glare out at me in regards to this team. Some team members listed in the lightpaper do not have Common Wealth mentioned on their LinkedIn pages but they are still key members of fairly big, established other projects which leads me to be concerned about how much time some of these members can actually put into the project with their already existing commitments. It is also currently unclear as to what positions within the project some of these team members hold and whether they are actual core team members or just project advisors. The team's international presence and varying time zones may also pose challenges in terms of communication and project management.

Despite these concerns, several standout team members provide me with confidence with their experience, capabilities and intelligence, leading me to believe in its potential future success. Let's delve into the backgrounds of four of these notable team members:

Tony Kelly, the head of the development team, boasts over 25 years of experience in technology. His expertise lies in building and deploying high-performance, highly available services at an internet-scale, with a track record of serving over 600 million users. With 40+ national and international awards, Tony has played a significant role in developing and running the online services behind renowned video games like Call of Duty and Destiny.

Alan Begic, used to be a tech executive at Google and Meta, he brings extensive experience in go-to-market strategy, operational scaling, and business development to the team. As the Global Director of Aleph Group, the largest authorized sales partner to major digital platforms such as Google, Meta, and Twitter, Alan is well-equipped to craft the e-commerce and app strategies necessary for Commonwealth's future ventures. His established network and partnerships within the top e-commerce and app businesses globally provide significant potential for long-term growth.

Kyle Chase, with over a decade of experience in the blockchain sector, is one of the most seasoned crypto industry members on the team. He has provided advisory services on tokenomics, product development, business growth, and fundraising for numerous projects listed on Binance. Kyle's deep understanding of the industry, and observing what has succeeded and failed in previous endeavours, will undoubtedly be invaluable in guiding Commonwealth's future trajectory.

Tim McCann, serving as the COO of Common Wealth, brings 12 years of expertise as an organizational development expert, holding an MSc in management. Tim also oversees business development and administration for Metavest, a VC startup specializing in play-to-earn and NFT projects. His multifaceted experience and accountability in multiple ventures demonstrate his proficiency in driving growth and operational efficiency.

While the concerns surrounding the team's time commitments, positions, and international presence are valid, the individual strengths and achievements of just these four team members alone highlights the project's potential in capable and intelligent hands. With their collective expertise, Commonwealth stands a very good chance of achieving its goals I believe. Show Less
