Good idea, not unique but surely something that could be lucrative. Houses are one of the most valuable assets a human will own or use in their life.

Project developers start building projects when they have sold 60 to 80% of a project, the remaining houses will stay for sale during the building period, once they are completed the value of the asset will immediately jump up because people are now able to see the property, experience the space and dont have to wait for completion anymore. This is where they take their profits from i assume.

I am not happy with the tokenwall, you will need to buy Modus and stake it to be able to invest USDC in a project, the more Modus you stake the more USDC you can invest. For me that doesnt sound same chances for everyone so thats a bad thing in my opinion.

For me its also not clear why they are paying the rewards in a token that you then have to swap to Modus and then to USDC, sounds like a lot of swaps while you get Fiat currency paid by the customers of your developer and done on ETH?? so already not really appealling to small investors where you pay 20$ for each transaction.
