The biggest problem that I have with this project is that it's backed by a gaming company. Gamification of learning is mostly a gimmick.

Second, game companies tend to be mostly interested in revenues, not actually teaching anything. If you want to see an example of this, play any game on any of the app stores. Most have a very similar monetization mechanics. It gets really boring after awhile. I have a feeling that they might will do something similar in the education space.

The idea of formal, one-size-fits-all schooling is going away anyway. It's an outdated model that was only created to produce factory workers.

There may be some benefit in some fields, so 2 stars for that. But otherwise, this project doesn't look good. Show Less
