For investors that are looking to buy the tokens hoping for an appreciation of value, there is nothing that is available at the time to look out for in terms of allocations - how much does the team get out of the 1B tokens? Is there a cliff/vesting schedule? What is the percentage allocated to the project for "earning" the tokens via completing tasks?

I read their whitepaper, went through every single channel on their discord, read the chat literally from top to bottom as well as the Help & Support Q&A section of the discord, and I still was unable to find out any information about the tokenomics apart from utility for SOPH and GUARD:

  • Ecosystem Currency
  • Access to events (such as lotteries, skins)
  • GameFi functions
  • In-game Governance (the whitepaper does not talk about this)

Lastly - they mentioned that "when Sophia reaches full sentience, all GUARD tokens (governance token) will be in her hands to do as she pleases". What if Sophia decides to become a bad actor? I understand their confidence post sentience, but a governing board should still in place and not allow a single decision maker for any project.

It is mostly a blur at the moment, and if they are targeting a launch in June (as shared on their Telegram), it would be a tough sell without such information.

It is an exciting project with potential and significant buzz, but the team is not as focused on the metaverse and game building instead of providing specific tokenomics - which is worrying if I were to look into investing or buying their tokens when launched. Show Less
