I think one of the strongest points of Star Atlas might be the Community.
They really supported them through everything, many big groups are building guilds and trying to work together. There are guilds in all different sizes and gameplay focus, you have guilds that have 5k members (like CLUB or AEPHIA) to less the 200 members (like SKULL & BONES and HEIMDALL) You even have community news reporters like the HOLOGRAM or STARATLAS.FM .
Because recently Star Atlas opened their IP for free usage you now even have a Star Atlas Coffee brew brand, run by a couple of community members.
All groups have their own ideas and setups and plans to monitize on the Ecosystem. Which helps grow their ecosystem in ways that wasnt possible before. Show Less
