If I think about games nowadays, they look badass with a very wide variety of options and playstyles. Realistic graphics and really something you want to immerse in.
If I then look at the Crypto games, we have card battles, auto battlers, and casino games. But then there is Star Atlas, a game that you want to play! (if they succeed)
It is a grand strategy game in space, where you can explore, mine, fight, craft, and more. With a political system and a real economy. The final game is best compared to a combination of Star Citizen and Stellaris. But that could take another 5 years before we reach anything near that.
In the meantime, they are releasing modules for us to play in UE5 (through Epic Games) and a WebGL game to start the economy (called SAGE). They want to build the full game logic ON-CHAIN. Their first step was the movement of multiple players on one map in real-time, and they succeeded with more than 5500 wallets on a single map! Only possible on SOLANA. Next week, a new UE5 rollout! EXCITING!
There is one small problem though, they got caught in the FTX fiasco, so the question is if they will have enough runway to seal the deal. Show Less
