The CEO, Evan Cheng, has over 26 years of working experience in technology since 1997 - the first time during the internet boom. He has extensive experience in all periods of information technology evolution in the internet era. If you are a person who believes that blockchain shall be "internet 2.0", well this man is fit for the job. He worked for 10 years at Apple as a Third Level Manager specializing in static and runtime compilation for both CPUs and GPUs. He also worked for nearly 3 years at Facebook as a Director of Engineering, specializing in Programming Language and Runtime. This means he deeply understands CPUs/GPUs and programming languages, which is very important for developing each protocol.

The CTO, Sam Blackshear, doesn't have as impressive experience before joining Novi as a Principal Engineer in 2018. However, he achieved his PhD in Programming Languages from the University of Colorado Boulder, one of the most entrepreneurial universities in the US. For your information, you may not know Sam Blackshear but you should know Charles Hoskinson - the founder of Cardano. He also studied at the University of Colorado Boulder and don't let his appearance and mustache deceive you, Charles was born in 1987, similar to Sam.
