I'm in favor of privacy and crypto being outside the control of governments and central banks, however 99% of the world population do not care about any of that stuff. From a market adoption perspective I believe Worldcoin will do well.
I went to get my Iris scanned yesterday, and everything was done within 5 minutes. I now received 25 $WLD, currently worth $2.34 = USD $58.5. Looks like I'm allowed to receive more tokens every week, not sure how many yet, but that's there version of a basic income (pocket money that may very well increase as they start generating revenues).
Sam has deep pocket enough to sustain the price for a while until they start monetizing a portion of their users with financial services. As long as they don't run out of money before they launch these high profit margins products, then the token should do well.
Most likely, the NSA, and some other government agencies are going to provide funds in secret to keep the project alive in order to convert as much of the world population to this. If you are not a criminal does it matter?
If you can't beat them... join them damn sh*t. Show Less
