Highstreet is a play-and-earn Metaverse and platform where brands can make use of the platform to integrate and build their space around their world to gain traction for product offerings. Similar to Sandbox and Decentraland, they are hoping to build a space that can integrate both traditional and crypto worlds and bridge the gap. Users are able to shop and interact with games in an MMORPG fashion
They have had a strong 2021 with multiple completed milestones, but however stopped updating on their whitepaper on their progress ever since Q1 2022, which leads me to wonder if the crypto crash and bear market has halted their progress on world building and bringing on partnerships. However that does not seem to be the case as they are looking to interact with players/users with latest events such as Monaco F1 for the racing players. However the roadmap is still over a year late with little to no progress
I like that they have game features and "universes" that I can easily look through and choose something that I may enjoy playing, reducing the manual browsing for games at a glance
The concept seems fun, but more established competitors such as SAND and MANA are taking monopoly. Show Less
